Return Policy
COCloud's COPass is a one-time product with a limited validity period. Except for initial
account setting problems, it is non-refundable nor exchangeable once sold (including no refund nor exchange
due to personal factors/improper personal operation or incorrect settings) This product does not apply to the
7-day cooling-off period.
If the account number is incorrect when you receive it,please notify customer service of
the order number,customer name, and purchased price. Our CS team will confirm the correctness of the account
number with our provider. If the setting is incorrect, we will contact you to arrange an exchange.
Please be mindful of notifying customer service after placing an order to collect the
product, and activate the account as soon as possible to avoid the expiration. If the act of not collecting
products causes losses to the company, please understand that we will reject its further transaction.
We refuse to provide services to scammers or users of criminal acts. Any illegal act is
